ManuChat ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the ManuChat App ("App") and related AI services. This Privacy Policy sets forth how we collect, store, use, and process your Personal Data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and international safety standards.

1. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect information to provide you with a personalized and secure AI companion experience:

• Identity Data: Provided by you during account creation (Google Email, Apple ID).
• User Content: Text inputs, prompts, and customization settings provided to our models. We generate "Outputs" based on these inputs.
• Technical Data: Device ID, IP address, and interaction timestamps to ensure service stability.
• Add-Only Photo Access: To allow you to save AI-generated content locally, we request "Add-Only" access to your library. We do not read your private photos.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is processed solely to:

• Enable conversational AI interactions and persona personalization.
• Improve our underlying interaction models for faster, more realistic responses.
• Manage your account and transaction records for Neurons (Credits).
• Ensure compliance with our safety filters and moderation policies.

3. DATA SAFETY & SHARING

We do not sell your personal data. Sharing occurs only with essential partners:

• Infrastructure: We use secure providers (like Firebase or AWS) to host data.
• Cross-Border Transfer: Data may be processed in the United Kingdom or Netherlands for optimization before returning to your local server. We ensure protection standards comparable to the PDPA.
• AI Partners: Prompts are sent to secure AI processors. Your private identities are stripped before processing.

4. YOUR RIGHTS (ACCOUNT DELETION)

You enjoy full control over your data. In compliance with Play Store standards, you may delete your account and all associated records directly in the App Settings or by contacting our processing unit at the support email listed below.
