At ManuChat, we strive to provide the highest quality AI companion experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for in-app purchases and subscriptions.

1. TRANSACTION HANDLING

All financial transactions for ManuChat (including Neurons and Subscriptions) are processed through the Google Play Store billing system. As such, refund requests are primarily governed by the Google Play Store Terms of Service.

2. DIGITAL GOODS (NEURONS)

Neurons are digital credits used for AI interaction. Once Neurons have been consumed or partially used, they are generally non-refundable. If you have purchased Neurons in error and have not yet used them, you may request a refund via the Google Play support center within 48 hours of purchase.

3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Subscriptions can be managed and canceled at any time through your Google Play account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to elite features until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods.

4. TECHNICAL ERRORS

In the event of a documented technical error (e.g., failed credit delivery or double-charging), please contact our support team with your transaction ID. We will coordinate with Google Play to resolve the discrepancy and ensure your account is credited correctly.
