By downloading or using the ManuChat application ("App", "Service"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You must make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.
Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
ManuChat strictly forbids the generation, sharing, or promotion of Objectionable Content. Users engaging in such activities will face immediate, permanent account termination without prior notice.
1. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Moderation
ManuChat acts as a platform for interacting with AI personas. You are solely responsible for the content you generate, send, or publish within the app.
Strict Prohibitions: You explicitly agree NOT to use the App to generate, promote, or share:
- Sexually explicit content, pornography, or non-consensual sexual content.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or bullying of any kind against individuals or groups.
- Violence, gore, or encouragement of self-harm.
- Illegal acts, terrorism, or the sale of restricted goods.
- Copyright infringement or unauthorized sharing of personal information (doxxing).
UGC Monitoring: We employ a combination of robust automated AI filters and user-reporting mechanisms to strictly moderate UGC. We reserve the right to review, remove, or modify any content that violates these Terms and to ban offending accounts instantly.
2. Reporting Abusive Content
If you encounter content or a persona created by another user that violates these terms, you can report it directly within the app using the "Report Persona" or "Report Message" feature. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
3. The "Neurons" Credit System
Access to advanced AI interaction is metered through an internal system called "Neurons". Interacting with AI deducts Neurons from your balance. ManuChat may gift introductory Neurons, but reserves the right to alter Neuron pricing, usage limits, or availability at any time without prior notice.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties (AI Behavior)
The AI models provided in the App are complex, non-deterministic systems. ManuChat makes no guarantees regarding the factual accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of the AI-generated responses. The AI may sometimes generate highly inaccurate or unexpected information ("hallucinations"). You should not rely on the AI for medical, legal, or financial advice.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the ManuChat application (excluding UGC), including its software, branding, and original content, are and will remain the exclusive property of ManuChat LLC.
6. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManuChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, including damages related to the inaccuracy of AI responses or loss of data.
