These Terms of Use (this "Agreement") form a binding agreement between ManuChat ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and you. This Agreement governs your access to the ManuChat mobile application and AI companion services.
By accessing ManuChat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. You must be at least 18 years of age to form a binding contract with us. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Services.
Subject to these terms, Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. All Intellectual Property Rights in the App are owned by Company or our licensors.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws. You shall not use the App to create, upload, or transmit any material that is:
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for User-Generated Content (UGC) violations. Reports of such content result in a permanent ban within 24 hours.
Access to AI features requires "Neurons" (Internal Credits). Fees for Neurons or Subscriptions are clearly displayed within the App. All transactions are final and processed through the Google Play platform.
The App and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated responses (Outputs). Use AI content at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
This Agreement remains in effect while you use the App. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately for violations of our community standards or legal obligations.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the applicable laws of Singapore / International Arbitration standards. Any disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration.
